Our booking fee for exclusive use of Rouge takes in to consideration our peak times and number of guests in your party.

Monday to Wednesday parties with a minimum of 6 guests and a max of 9 - $300
Monday to Wednesday parties with a minimum of 10 guests and a max of 20 - $500
Thursday to Sunday parties with a minimum of 6 guests and a max of 9 - $500
Thursday to Sunday parties with a minimum of 10 guest and a max 20 - $650

You will notice that divided between your pals that it is pretty fabulous deal to have the place to yourselves!
If your guest list is over 20 people then give us a shout and we can make special arrangements!

* Please note that the costs of services are in addition to the booking fee and 18% gratuity is automatically added. We recommend at least two weeks in advance to ensure your date is available and proper staffing can be provided.

Booking Policies
A party is considered to be a group over 6 people or more. A minimum service charge of $50 per person is required.

Payment
All Rouge events will require an initial deposit of the booking fee at the time of confirmation in order to hold the requested date. The initial deposit is 100% non- refundable if the event is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled party date.

Cancellation / Rescheduling
Cancellation of the event less than seven [7] days in advance will forfeit the deposit in the full amount. Service can be paid for individually at the time of the event and are subject to a 18% gratuity charged as well as applicable taxes. Cancellation of any individual appointment with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 100% charge of the services cancelled on the credit card that is on file. There are no exceptions.

Guest Changes
We will do our utmost to accommodate any additional guests or services for your event. Any changes to services that result in a decrease in price from the original booking, with less than 48 hours notice, will result in full charge of the original service booked.

Arrival Time
We ask that all groups arrive approximately 10 minutes before their scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in an adjustment to your services however, the full service fee with be applied.
